Driver basics

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
