How it works

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Licence, age and card

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
