The numbers in plain words

The powertrain here is the 1.8L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive and an automatic (CVT). It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

It is rated at 7.5 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 23 litres. In energy, every 100 km costs about $11.63 at our price setting.

What the Corolla is like

As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The trunk holds 368 litres by the EPA's count: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who it is for

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Rent it from us

The booking steps

You ask for the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

The rules, briefly

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
