Getting a price

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. A quote is free and comes from a person. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

Aftercare

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

What affects the price

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

Before you drop the car off

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Timing

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
