Car Buffing: what is involved
For paint correction in Bonita: CarmaCars does this work only in the Toronto area, about 2,332 km away. What it covers: Buffing the paint by machine, usually before a wax or a coating. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Getting a price
Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.
How long you are without it
Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
How the price is set
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
What to bring
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
