Booking a time

Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.

Before you drop the car off

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Aftercare

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

What affects the price

We price the job before we start, never after. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Timing

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
