What happens after you ask

A short description of the problem is enough to start. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. A quote is free and comes from a person. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

Planning around the work

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

What to bring

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Looking after it afterwards

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

Why prices differ

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
