The request

A short description of the problem is enough to start. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.

Pricing, plainly

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.

Keeping it that way

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

Before you drop the car off

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Timing

We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. A clear timeline comes with every quote. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
