Getting a price

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

After the work

Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

On the day

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Planning around the work

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

What goes into a quote

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
