What happens after you ask

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. If you have a deadline, put it in the request. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers.

What goes into a quote

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.

Before you drop the car off

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

How long it takes

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
