Your request

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. You get a price for your car before anything is done. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

How long you are without it

We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.

Before you drop the car off

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Why prices differ

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.

Looking after it afterwards

Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
