The request

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

Timing

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. A clear timeline comes with every quote. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.

Aftercare

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

Getting the car ready

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

How the price is set

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
