Getting a price

Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. You approve the price before we start. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you.

Timing

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

Getting the car ready

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Keeping it that way

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

Why prices differ

We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
