From request to appointment
Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.
Pricing, plainly
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Before you drop the car off
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
When the car is ready
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
Keeping it that way
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
