Your request

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

Keeping it that way

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

How long it takes

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.

A few things first

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

What goes into a quote

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
