Booking the work

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more.

How long it takes

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

Pricing, plainly

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.

After the work

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.

On the day

Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
