What happens after you ask

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. A quote is free and comes from a person. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

On the day

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

When the car is ready

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.

How the price is set

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

Keeping it that way

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
