Booking a time

A short description of the problem is enough to start. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

What to bring

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

Timing

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

Looking after it afterwards

Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

How the price is set

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
