From request to appointment

A short description of the problem is enough to start. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

A few things first

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Pricing, plainly

A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

When the car is ready

We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.

After the work

Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
