Getting a price

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. A quote is free and comes from a person. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

What affects the price

Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We price the job before we start, never after.

On the day

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Timing

We keep you posted if the timing changes. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
