The request

Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. You get a price for your car before anything is done. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

Before you drop the car off

Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

When the car is ready

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.

Why prices differ

Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.

After the work

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
