From request to appointment

Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

What goes into a quote

We price the job before we start, never after. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.

Aftercare

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

What to bring

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Planning around the work

You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
