How to request it

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.

How the price is set

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.

On the day

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

After the work

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

Planning around the work

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
