Renting for Java

Java is about 3,178 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java.

Neighbouring areas include Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction.

The figures, translated

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo is what moves it, with all-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

At 8.6 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 26 litres of fuel. At our price setting, it costs about $15.05 to drive 100 km.

Practical details

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The EPA measures its luggage space at 368 litres, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

Rent it from us

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates.

Booking, step by step

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Who can rent

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Next step

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
