Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Electra. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
What to send us
Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
Keep moving meanwhile
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
A short checklist
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Car care, briefly
Look at the tire tread before long trips. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Talk to a person
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
