Arranging the work for the LeSabre

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
