Car hire: the 2020 Audi A4 Progressiv

Searching for car hire? Here is the 2020 Audi A4 Progressiv: what it is like and how to rent it. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

The A4 and Knobs

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Knobs starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. Knobs is about 692 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Johnson Crossroads, Elmhurst and Union are the closest places to Knobs on our list.

Under the hood

The powertrain to know here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 24 litres, from its 7.9 L/100 km rating. For 1,000 km, budget about $138.30 at our price setting.

Who rents the A4

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Space and size

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. At 4.76 m long, it is on the long side. Check the size of a tight parking spot. With 368 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Renting the A4 from CarmaCars

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

Renting: the basics

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

From your dates to the handover

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.
