What to expect when you book

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

What we ask of drivers

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
