Farmbrook and the A4

Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village are the closest places to Farmbrook on our list.

Engine and fuel

The powertrain to know here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

A combined rating of 8.3 L/100 km works out to about 25 litres per 300 km. In money, 1,000 km costs about $128.70 at our price setting.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Inside and out

As a compact car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. Luggage space is 340 litres, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Can I rent it?

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.

Renting: the basics

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

The booking steps

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Your move

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
