Car service: white 2023 Jeep Compass North in Java

About the 2023 Jeep Compass North

Renting the 2023 Jeep Compass North as a car with a driver works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

A note on Java

Java is about 1,639 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java.

Nearby places include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

The numbers in plain words

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 26 litres, from its 8.8 L/100 km rating. That works out to about $13.64 per 100 km at our price setting.

Good uses for the Compass

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Size and space

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Renting the Compass from CarmaCars

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What happens when you ask for a car

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Driver basics

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

One more step

Send a request with your dates, and we will come back with an offer.
