Renting the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX as a car with a driver works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

Bald Knobs and the 1500

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 568 km from Bald Knobs, and does not deliver there. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Bald Knobs starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Around Bald Knobs you will also find Merritt, Stiversville and Oldtown Flats.

What the figures tell you

The 6.2L 8-cylinder supercharged with four-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Four-wheel drive helps on rough ground and deep snow; on dry roads it behaves like any other vehicle.

Plan on about 59 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 19.8 L/100 km. Every 100 km costs about $34.65 in fuel at our price setting.

A good match for

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It uses more fuel than most, so it suits shorter trips or people who need its size.

What the 1500 is like

It is built for loads that would never fit in a trunk.

Our 1500 cars

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below.

What we need from you

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

The steps

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
