Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Checking your details

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
