Car subscription and the 2020 Audi A4 Technik

Renting the 2020 Audi A4 Technik as a car by the month works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.

Renting for Java

Java is about 3,178 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java.

Neighbouring areas include Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction.

What the specs mean

Its powertrain is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with front-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 24 litres, from its 7.9 L/100 km rating. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $41.49 at our price setting.

Inside and out

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. It measures 4.76 m long by 1.85 m wide. Check the size of a tight parking spot. With 368 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who the A4 suits

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Getting one from us

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

What to bring

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

From request to keys

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
