The engine is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. How booking works

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Driver requirements

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
