What to bring

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Booking, step by step

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
