The numbers in plain words

It uses the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid and all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Its combined rating is 8.3 L/100 km, which means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. Per 100 km, plan on roughly $12.87.

Space and size

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 340 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who it is for

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Can you rent one?

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

Who qualifies

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Your request, our offer, your keys

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
