Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, driving through a 7-speed automatic. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated 8.3 L/100 km combined: about 25 litres every 300 km. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $38.61 at our price setting.

How to book

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
