How booking works

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

What we ask of drivers

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
