Reading the spec sheet

What to expect when you book

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Requirements

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
