Booking, step by step

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Before you rent

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
