Renting for Ruby

Ruby is about 3,105 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Ruby starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Close by are Old Glory, Oro Blanco and Casa Piedra, each with its own page.

The numbers in plain words

The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

At 11.4 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 34 litres of fuel. That works out to about $19.95 per 100 km at our price setting.

Best uses

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

What to expect from the Q7

As a full-size SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Can you rent one?

We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person.

Your booking, in three steps

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

The rules, briefly

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
