Booking in plain terms

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Who can rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
