Checking your details

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

What to expect when you book

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
