Booking, step by step

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

What we check

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
