Getting the car booked

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we ask of drivers

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
