How booking works

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we need from you

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
