Getting the car booked

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Renting: the basics

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
