Before pickup
You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.
Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
How a booking comes together
Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. You pay when you approve, and only then.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
