The booking steps

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Renting: the basics

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
