Getting the car booked

You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Driver basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
